Which airports do you cover/supply?
In short, none. This is because we deliver to your home address instead. We want you to have convenience at every stage of your journey.
How do I get the stroller?
Book online, we'll send you an email once your booking has been dispatched. You will also receive notifications from the courier to let you know when it will be delivered (if this is applicable).
I'm on holiday for a week/7 nights, how long should my rental be?
The stroller is scheduled to arrive on the first day of the rental so this shouldn't be the day you go on holiday. We want you to be able to get familiar with using it before you need it. Strollers are collected by the courier on the last day of the rental. You will need a minimum of a 10 day rental for a 7 night holiday.
Why can my booking not start/end on a weekend?
This is because our courier service don't provide delivery or collections on Saturday's & Sunday's. Please get in touch (email or DM) if you'd like to discuss this more.
My dates aren't available, why?
This could be because we are fully booked or above, your start or end date would be a weekend which we cannot deliver on (unless a local delivery).
Which stroller is best?
Both are fantastic prams. Pick the stroller that is most suitable for the age/weight of the child.
Can I put the pram in the hold?
Of course. All we ask is that you put the pram in the travel bag provided. make sure to get the bag tagged, not the pram so that the tag is visible to the ground staff. If you use this option, please note it is highly likely you won't be able to get the pram back until baggage reclaim on arrival.
How do I take this as hand luggage?
Check what is included on your booking. This can depend on the ticket/extras you have purchased & the airlines generosity. We advise you check before booking your stroller.
My airline says I can't take a pushchair in the cabin, what do I do?
The strollers are both cabin approved so there is no reason why you couldn't take them into the cabin if you have included them within your luggage allowance.
I don't have enough hand luggage for the stroller, what do I do?
Some airlines allow you to purchase an additional piece of hand luggage, if this isn't available, plan for the pram to be put into the hold. We just ask that you place the bag into the travel bag to protect it from any avoidable scrapes.
How do airlines differ?
Every airline offers a different luggage & hand luggage allowances. When travelling with small children all airlines offer you 1 or 2 child items to be placed into the hold free of charge such as prams, car seats, travel cots etc.
Is the SnoozeShade safe?
SnoozeShades are made from 'air permeable' materials.
How do I add a SnoozeShade onto my rental?
Please send me a DM or email if you wish to add this on to an existing booking. This is subject to availability.
I want more than one stroller but I can't add more than one to my basket?
Please send me a DM or email to discuss a bespoke order. As a Mum of twins, I appreciate how hard & expensive it can be.
Why is the shipping so much?
Unfortunately shipping something so large isn't cheap. I absorb as much of the cost as I can within the price of the rental.
Can I take the stroller to the beach?
Of course, treat the stroller as if you would your own.
